By continuing to use www.loveyourcycles.com, Love Your Cycles 10to8 page, by booking an appointment, or buying a product or service, you agree to the following:
All therapies/products/services available are complementary and they DO NOT replace existing medical treatment. We DO NOT diagnose, dispense medications or treat specific illnesses, our therapies and services are aimed at providing relaxation and improving overall balance and general health/wellbeing.
If you are experiencing medical symptoms, we will advise that you to seek appropriate medical guidance/diagnosis, if you have not already done so, such as from your GP/Consultant prior to attending your treatment. Please discuss any symptoms or concerns with us prior to booking and any subsequent changes at each appointment..
A full medical history will be taken from you before your initial appointment, to ensure that the proposed therapy is the most appropriate course of action for you. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical problems, symptoms or changes to your health at each appointment.
Payment: All payments are taken in full at the time of booking, or alternatively a payment plan will be agreed and set up via PayPal. If you need to change your appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible to prevent a charge. With regret, appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged in full, as appointment times are precious resources and this is too late to fill the appointment, resulting in a wasted appointment slot. No refunds are available for missed appointments or group sessions.
